Yoga and Ski

Enjoy a full week of Skiing and Yoga in the stunning location of Alpbachtal in the Böglerhof *****

You will find yourself in the center of Tirol, Austria the Alpbachtal, this place is famous for it’s natural beauty, skiing, landscape and the traditions.
Enjoy and relax fully in the Böglerhof Hotel which is directly located on a blue beginners slope and only 5 minutes from the big ski arias.
All ski equipment will be provided from a local sports rental called Connys Sport.
The morning Meditation and Breath work leaded by Bianca, gives you the best preparation for the slopes.
Please inform us about your Ski- Level (blue- red- black slopes).
We are prepared for beginners as advanced Freeriders.
