We welcome you to our exclusive YogaTeacherTraining in ibiza, the balearic island
We’ll be staying at the exquisite Hotel Sa Clan by Mambo, offering luxurious rooms, a serene pool, and a relaxing chill-out area for ultimate comfort and tranquility.
The training and study location will be in a Yoga Studio 50 m from the Hotel location, san Antonio de Portmany center.
Basics of yoga
Aasanas, Meditation and pranayama, Philosophy and history, Anatomy and physiology, Ayurveda & nutrition, Yogic ethics and lifestyle, Teaching methodology, Business skills
Perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice or work as a yoga teacher. Open to all levels (beginner to advanced)

TRAINING DETAILS
OFFLINE PART 1. – IBIZA IN PERSON
14 days in person in Ibiza
The duration of the training is from 07:00- 20:00 (with breaks)
= 127 hours of yoga training
(shown in the curriculum)
ONLINE PART 2. – FROM HOME
Online lectures will be exclusively provided upfront so you can complete them in your own time and comfort.
There will be a Zoom meeting 3 Times prior and after the training for 1 hour to clear all questions.
SELF-PRACTICE:
40 days of sadhana self practice
Yoga essay in writing
3 yoga sequences (hours)
